RHC Range
The RHC range by Walraven, is versatile enough to allow fixings to most of the tail types currently in use and will accommodate various manufacturers Points Heating and Sensor components. The RHC range offers cable management for many power and data applications.
Many of the rail fixings have developed following close consultation with Rail professionals who requested help to provide solutions to specific problems. With, in particular, the proliferation of modern cable-based systems on rail networks, Walraven are ready and willing to offer a flexible, custom designed and manufacturing service to industry partners.
RHC Fixings
The primary function of Walraven RHC fixings is to secure electrical points heating systems, Walraven fixings are easily and rapidly installed simply by hammering onto the foot of the rail. Once in place, they powerfully resist the movement and vibration, and cope extremely well with corrosive conditions.
Walraven Railclips incorporate features that enhance fixing security and therefore improve safety:

- Special uptilted leading edge that enables the clip to rise up and over the heating element as it is being installed
Cost-Effective Steelwork Solutions
London Underground operates the LUL Approved Products, Walraven meet the requirements of this process can be installed within the network.
Here is a list of Walraven products that satisfy the requirements set by the London Underground and are therefore LUL approved for use on the underground network and stations.
Heavy Duty Clamps
Both their HD500 and HD1501 heavy duty clamp ranges are LUL Approved. They can be used for the installation of mechanical and electrical services such as ductwork, pipework and cable management systems. RapidStrut Fixing System
This is a heavy duty fixing system to support electrical and mechanical services including ductwork and pipework. It is suitable for large pipe diameters and for external installation. RapidStrut with accessories is a modular, steel profile system which is readily assembled. LUL Certificate 2688 RapidStrut DS5
RapidRail® Fixing System
A lightweight, fast-fit fixing system for mechanical and electrical services including ductwork, pipework and cable management. For general use in depots and stations. This range is a modular system that offers time-saving installation. LUL Certificate 2676 RapidRail
