Online Ordering
You can place orders for our full range through our website. You can also set up an account, allowing multiple users to access the same account. We do our best to feature live stock holding as well as freight costs, but in rare instances, this may not be possible.

Delivery Options
DP Building Systems offers a wide choice of delivery options to suit your requirements:
- Next day pre-10:30
- Next day pre-12:30
- Standard next day
Cut-off point for next day delivery is 2pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following working day. We also offer collection from Birmingham trade desk, which is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. All orders are standard next day delivery. If you would like to upgrade or change the delivery option, please amend your delivery option at checkout or place your order and contact DP Building Systems on 0121 706 7777.
Returns Policy
14-Day Returns Guarantee
At DP Building Systems, we aim to ensure “World Class” support and service. If you have purchased product(s) within the last 14 days, we can offer to exchange or offer a full refund where possible. Simply contact us at customerservice@dpbuildingsystems.co.uk to initiate the return. Please include the invoice number, product(s) to be returned, and quantity. All returned products must be in original condition to be accepted and refunded. Please note cut lengths of channel are non-refundable.
Faulty Products
If you receive faulty or incorrectly supplied products, please contact customerservice@dpbuildingsystems.co.uk. We will resolve the issue quickly and ensure replacement stock is delivered as soon as possible.
Damaged Delivery
If you receive damaged products, please contact customerservice@dpbuildingsystems.co.uk. We will resolve the issue quickly and ensure replacement stock is delivered as soon as possible. All returns will be issued a unique returns number by our Customer Service team. Ensure that the returned items are securely packed, including the returns number. All returns are at the customer’s expense.

Shipping
All orders placed on www.dpbuildingsystems.co.uk are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, between 8 am and 6 pm. Deliveries are not carried out on Saturday, Sunday, or to PO Boxes. We do not ship outside mainland UK as standard at this time. Non-Mainland UK customers must contact us for costing before placing an order.
Pricing and Promotions
We reserve the right to withdraw any pricing or promotions without warning, including on placed orders.
Proof of Delivery (POD)
We can only offer Proof of Delivery (POD) up to 60 days after delivery. We will endeavour to provide a POD after this point, but this is dependent on our external couriers. POD requests after 60 days are at the customer’s risk and should not delay payment of the order (web or non-web).
