The Unistrut limited warranty applies to Atkore Unistrut® Channel Systems (“System”) manufactured by Unistrut International Corporation and its corporate affiliates (“Unistrut”). As used in this warranty, “Channel System” means Unistrut channel and accessory products that are purchased together and installed simultaneously.
Atkore Unistrut warrants that the Channel System is transferred rightfully and with good title; that the Channel System is free from any lawful security interest or other lien or encumbrance unknown to Purchaser; and that for a period ten (10) years from the date of original shipment, the Channel System will be free from defects in materials and workmanship which arise under proper and normal use and service.
