An economical option, the Unistrut Service Trolleys are easily installed and provide a greater efficiency for a better approach to overhead movement. Available for light, medium, and heavy duty loads up to six hundred (600) poundsÂ, notes Jay Eckelberry, a representative from Project Engineering at Unistrut, there are many options to meet the demand of varying rolling design requirements.
The Trolleys are generally used to transfer materials and tools which alleviate the struggle, and possible risk of injury the worker may experience when actually having to carry what may be awkwardly structured or heavy materials.
Unistrut Trolleys are available in five (5) different Trolley styles (see illustration above for style information) with two (2) types of wheels to choose from: stainless steel or acetal (available in some Trolleys). Regardless of which style wheel is selected, the Trolleys are equipped with stainless steel wheel bearings; this inclusion makes the use of lubrication unnecessary as the bearings promote a smooth, repair-free operation.
